The makers were not willing to adjust the dates as they had already planned a shoot schedule in New Delhi. At the same time she could not adjust her other commitment. As a result the only way for her was to opt out.&rdquo; As reported &lsquo;Shake it baby&rsquo; (Hitlist, August 20), Dhulia and producer Rahul Mittra were keen to have her perform on the dance track as they did not want any of the cast members to get jiggy for it. The original plan was to shoot it in September in Jaipur but the shoot was delayed till now. Adds the source, &ldquo;Neha was always keen to do an item number and had been open to the idea all these years. She may have danced in her films but always wanted an item song to her credit. Her wish however seems to have remained unfulfilled.&rdquo; Incidentally, Neha had done a dance number in 2008 in the Pakistani film Kabhi Pyar Na Karna that starred Moammar Rana, Zara Sheikh and Veena Malik. Neha Dhupia is no longer doing the item number in Tigmanshu Dhulia's upcoming sequel to his 2011 film due to date issues.
