Ever since the Ranbir Kapoor and Yash-starrer Ramayana trailer was unveiled, audiences have been awaiting the release of the epic saga this Diwali. Amid this, Ranbir has shared a big update about Part 2, which will release next year. He spoke about how difficult it was to adapt the saga into two parts and hinted that Sunny Deol’s Hanuman will have a much bigger role in Part 2.

Ranbir Kapoor on adapting Ramayana

While speaking to The Direct, Ranbir Kapoor reflected on the challenge of adapting Ramayana into two parts. He said, “To be honest, to tell Ramayana, you probably need a 10-part movie, but the kind of conciseness in two parts was very hard."
