Late on Wednesday, Orry took to Instagram to share a video of himself partying with the caption "Just let me live". After being questioned by the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Mumbai Police about a Rs 252-crore drugs case, Orhan Awatramani, alias Orry, issued a strong message. He posted a video of himself dancing freely and flipping the middle finger, with the comment 'Just let me live'.

Orry's post sparks controversy

Late on Wednesday, Orry took to Instagram to upload a video of the influencer and content producer partying in a vivid concert atmosphere, with flashing stage lights in the background.

Orry is clothed in a glittering, translucent black mesh top and is seen dancing energetically to the song Aaj Ki Raat from Don- The Chase Begins Again. At one point, Orry is seen jumping to the beat and making hand gestures. At one point, he even flips the middle finger to the camera. The video's text said, "I am a liver" - a sentence he exclaims joyfully while flinging his fists in the air. His video's caption read, 'Just let me live.'

Although he made no mention of the case or his questioning in the video or description, social media users quickly connected the dots. "Posting this mid-questioning break," one said, while another shared, "Pov: People be hating on me while im at a party doing this." "Love how you are always EXTRAAA EXTRAAAA," one user wrote.

In fact, Orry became funny when a social media user inquired "how are you posting from jail" in the comments section. He said, "It's called Wi-Fi."

All about the case

On Wednesday, Orry came before investigators for interrogation in the Rs 252-crore drug case. Several footage of his outing have been shared on social media. In the footage, Orry is shown being surrounded by individuals and paparazzi outside the office, jostling for images and recordings.

On Tuesday, star Shraddha Kapoor's brother Siddhanth appeared before the Anti-Narcotics Cell in connection with the drug case. Earlier this month, Orry was summoned for questioning in response to charges made by alleged drug trafficker Mohammad Salim Mohammad Suhail Shaikh, who was recently deported from Dubai and has alleged ties to the Dawood Ibrahim gang.

As reported by Hindustan Times, Shaikh claimed during interrogation that he had organised lavish parties in Dubai and Mumbai for several high-profile figures, including Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor, Siddhant Kapoor, filmmakers Abbas-Mustan, rapper Loka, Orry, and NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique.
