Katrina Kaif received massive backlash from a section of users on the internet following her appearance at the Ambani's Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations recently. Among those who trolled the actress was Pakistani RJ Dr Ejaz Waris, who was later slammed for his remark on Katrina Kaif’s post-pregnancy weight gain. Now the RJ has apologised for his comments. 

Pakistani RJ apologises

A day after Salman Khan called out the backlash directed at Katrina Kaif, Waris issued an apology to the actress, Khan and her fans. In a new Instagram video, he said, “I am really sorry Katrina Kaif, agaar aapka dil dhukha hai, sorry everyone jiska dil tootha. Mein toh bohot casual andaz mein bol diya tha without any body-shaming intention, lekin pata nahi kis flow mein meine woh baat keh di. Meine galat kiya. Sorry Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and viewers. Meri bilkul bhi neeyat aisi nahi thi, aur na hi meine body-shaming ki hai."
