Indipop duo Preeti-Pinky have gone bald for their new single, Hungama Kyu Na Kare, which aims to propel female cancer patients to fight against the ailment.
"Every woman battling cancer needs a song that gives them the strength to fight. We want their lives to be as beautiful as it is for a non-cancer patient," says Preeti.
Pinky adds they got rid of their tresses in order to change the way beauty is perceived in society.
"Beauty is not only exterior. It takes a lot to fight a disease like cancer. Through this song, we wish to lift patients' confidence," she says.
