New Delhi: The Delhi High Court Wednesday dismissed a PIL seeking a ban on the release of Homi Adajania's movie "Finding Fanny" due to the use of the word "fanny".

A division bench of Chief Justice E.G. Rohini and Justice R.S. Endlaw found nothing wrong with the title and refused to stay its release Friday.
