Actor Preity Zinta recently sold her apartment located in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill locality for Rs 18.5 crore. This comes days after the actress returned to India and penned a note expressing gratitude about being safe amid the unrest in West Asia.

According to property registration documents reviewed by CRE Matrix, Preity sold her apartment on the 11th floor of ‘Parishram’, located on Nargis Dutt Road in Pali Hill. The apartment features a built-up area of 197.5 sq m and a carpet area of 164.52 sq m. The property also comes with three car parking spaces.
Property records indicate that the buyers are Priya Rajeev Nagar (also known as Priya Nagar) and Rajeev Yogesh Nagar, both of whom are US citizens of Indian origin. The transaction was reportedly registered on March 2, 2026, with stamp duty of Rs 1.11 crore paid on the deal.
According to CRE Matrix, Zinta had owned property in the building for several years. Notably, the apartment was not acquired by the actress through a conventional purchase. It was allotted to her as part of the building’s redevelopment. Under a redevelopment agreement between the housing society and developer Keystone Realtors, the flat was given to Zinta as Permanent Alternate Accommodation. The allotment was formalised through an agreement executed on October 23, 2023.

Amid the escalating tension in West Asia, actress Preity Zinta expressed that she was glad that she returned to India for Holi following a hectic trip across the globe.
Taking to social media, Preity extended prayers to those stuck amid the situation and wrote , “So grateful to be back home in Mumbai after a very stressful trip from across the world. Even more grateful to be safe & to be able to celebrate Holi... It’s been a rough couple of weeks for people around the world, and my heart and prayers are for all those people that are suffering and away from their families and in need of security, food, love and warmth. I pray to God to look after all of you.” (sic)
