Incidentally, the actor was scheduled to do the film earlier but was replaced by Sanjay Dutt owing to date problems. However, the duo fell apart in early 2000 when both started making films on the subject of Bhagat Singh. The rivalry took an ugly turn when they wanted to release their films on the same day, which resulted in both failing at the box office. A source says, &ldquo;Post that the duo swore not to work with each other only to patch up a couple of years back. Ever since then, they had been planning to work together but have now finally decided on the project.&rdquo; Sources from Sunny&rsquo;s office state that talks are definitely on but nothing has been finalised yet. Santoshi states, &ldquo;I won&rsquo;t deny that we are talking about the possibility of working together again. But it is too early to comment and nothing has been decided yet.&rdquo;u00a0
