Even while South star Ram Charan is shooting for his Bollywood debut, sources say he has already purchased a spanking new property in Khar at a whopping price of more than Rs 12 crore. <img alt="Ram Charan" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/jun/Ram-Charan.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 435px;" /> Ever since Chiranjeevi&rsquo;s son moved to Mumbai to film the remake of Zanjeer, there have been speculations if he was all set to make the city his new base. Sources close to the actor say that he has purchased a 4,000 square feet flat in the suburbs recently. And the South star will soon be shifting into his new pad. Our source says, &ldquo;Ever since he started shooting for Zanjeer last year, he has dreamt of buying a home in Mumbai. His co-star Sanjay Dutt had been helping him search for the ideal property. He even received help in this matter from Salman Khan. Looks like he has finally found his dream home.&rdquo; Apparently once he zeroed upon the new apartment, he called his wife in Hyderabad to have a look at the property. Post that, the deal was signed. Sources say that the star has booked his new flat in the Signature Residency apartment block next to Khar Gymkhana. The informer adds, &ldquo;Buying a property in Mumbai indicates that Ram Charan is open to doing more Hindi films and will shuttle between Mumbai and Hyderabad. They will be moving in in a couple of months.&rdquo; Ram Charan remained unavailable for comment.
