Ramayana: Rise of a Legend has two versions that differ in their runtime and storytelling. Although both formats follow the same central storyline, the English version is nearly 30 minutes shorter than the Hindi cut.

While Indian audiences believed they were watching the uncut version of Ramayana, which is 30 minutes longer than its international counterpart, they may have missed an action sequence that features in the overseas release but was eliminated from the Indian cut.
