Actor Ranbir Kapoor has reportedly leased out his former apartment, Vastu, in the upscale Pali Hill area in Bandra West, Mumbai. The actor's apartment was rented out for a monthly rent of Rs 11 lakh for five years.

Ranbir Kapoor rents out his Pali Hill apartment

According to documents accessed by Zapkey, the leave-and-license agreement for the apartment situated on the seventh floor of the Vaastu Building in Pali Hill in Mumbai. The lease agreement was reportedly registered on May 19, 2026. The apartment, spread across 2,460 sq ft, was allegedly purchased by the Bollywood actor for Rs 35 crore in 2016 and was designed by Gauri Khan. The apartment has been designed by superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife and interior designer Gauri Khan.
