In the recent screening, a major fight erupted after a fan compared Ranveer Singh to Ranbir Kapoor. It turned chaotic after a heated altercation among audience members was caught on camera and went viral on social media. What began as a seemingly minor conflict shortly after the movie started escalated into a physical altercation and hurling of abuses between the fans of Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor, not to forget that Dhurandhar was still playing onscreen in the theatre.

Written and directed by Aditya Dhar, the film draws inspiration from real-life geopolitical events and covert RAW operations, particularly those connected to Operation Lyari. The film features Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna in key roles, alongside Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun. Dhurandhar Part 2 is slated for release on March 19, 2026.
