Despite the controversy surrounding his reported exit from Don 3, actor Ranveer Singh is moving ahead with his ambitious upcoming film Pralay. According to recent reports, the large-scale zombie thriller remains firmly on track and is expected to begin shooting in August 2026. According to Bombay Times' sources close to the production have reportedly confirmed that all preparations are progressing smoothly and there are currently no delays linked to the ongoing dispute involving the actor.
All about the FWICE-Don 3 row
The controversy began after reports claimed that Ranveer had stepped away from Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3 shortly before production activities were set to intensify. The development allegedly caused concern within Excel Entertainment, which had already invested heavily in pre-production work for the film. Soon after the reports surfaced, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) issued a non-cooperation directive against Ranveer Singh. The organisation reportedly accused the actor of failing to respond to multiple communications sent regarding the issue and the losses incurred by the production.
