Show organisers willing to splurge on actor if she revisits her Fukrey avatar ahead of NYE
A month after she had revealed her desire to take Bholi Punjaban across the country through stand-up acts, Richa Chadha has been inundated with offers from show organisers ahead of New Year Eve. The actor, we hear, is being offered Rs 1 crore each for three shows, if she's willing to slip into her character from Fukrey. The shows will be held across three cities.

On New Year's Eve, Chadha may kick-off a gig in Ludhiana, which will be followed by acts in Meerut and Jaipur. Her spokesperson tells mid-day, "Richa has tried her hand at stand-up [comedy] and loved the experience. Post the success of Fukrey Returns, she has been approached to perform as Bholi in different roles. While one act may see her as anchor, another may see her as host, or even a stand-up comic." A source adds that Chadha's team is currently looking into her schedule to allot the dates accordingly.
