On late actor Vinod Mehra's 73rd birth anniversary, Rishi Kapoor remembered his "good friend". He shared a photo of Mehra on social media and wrote, "Another friend who went away too early. We were good friends but never worked together. When he turned director, I was one of his heroes but he couldn't complete that film Guru Dev (1993). Happy birthday Vinod. RIP."
