Producer-director Robby Grewal ties the knot with model and TV anchor Teena Chaudhary on March 9. The wedding will be held in his hometown, New Delhi.

Ironically, his next film Aloo Chaat with Aftab Shivdasani and Aamna Sharif takes on the subject of marriage. Robby is taking the plunge even before the film releases (on March 20).
, "Yes, everything is happening together. Professionally, I am busy with the pre-release work of Aloo Chaat and on the personal front, my marriage. That's life."
Teena was his classmate at the Army Public School, New Delhi till Std X11. They then lost touch as both pursued different vocations.
Two years back, after over a decade, they bumped into each other in Mumbai. Teena was hosting a Page 3 show for an entertainment channel.
Initially, it was childhood nostalgia and school days that got them talking. They later realised there was more to their friendship.
u00a0As both families are from New Delhi, it is a proper Indian wedding with sangeet and the mehndi, which began Thursday. Robby might just squeeze in a honeymoon before Aloo Chaat hits the marquee.
Robby's earlier films as a director include the Sushmita Sen starrer Samay, besides the youth flick MP3 Mera Pehla Pehla Pyar. He had also produced Yahaan, directed by Shoojit Sarcar that featured Minissha Lamba.
Robby adds, "Another film that I've produced Kushar Prasad Ka Bhoot directed by my brother Gary. It stars Paresh Rawal, Neetu Chandra and Randeep Hooda. It's nearing completion."
