Rohit Shetty, famous for his potboiler films in Bollywood has confirmed that he will be working on a film with Ranveer Singh. In a report according to DNA he said, "Rohit Shetty confirms that he will be directing Ranveer Singh. “I am going to direct Ranveer very soon. The film will go on floors after he completes Padmavati and Zoya Akhtar’s film. It is going to be a raw, action film."
Commenting on the current status of Bollywood films flopping he added, "There is a lot of talk of big-ticket films failing at the box office, but Rohit isn’t worried. He explains, “It’s a phase and it has happened in the past too. I remember when we were making Golmaal Returns, the film industry was going through a lull period. This is just a phase and will not last. There is no need to panic and worry about what kind of films to make. This keeps happening every five years and I know it will end soon."
