Nagraj Manjule's Sairat (2016) may have been the highest grossing Marathi film ever, but his Bollywood outing is proving to be tough. He is set to direct Jhund starring Amitabh Bachchan. A set had been erected at the Savitribai Phule Pune University in October. The filmmaker had told the varsity that he would wrap up the shoot by December. But with no headway in the project, he was recently ordered to dismantle the set. Manjule has now asked for an extension and is hoping the film rolls soon.
