Salman Khan made a place in the hearts of millions with his various on-screen characters. He has tried his hand at almost every genre. Be it romantic or action, he cemented his position as a bonafide star. One of his most popular characters is Tiger from Yash Raj Films' spy thriller. Salman is returning to the big screen with Tiger 3 which is releasing on November 12 in theatres globally.
While Salman is set to show some breathtaking stunts and action sequences in Tiger 3, preparation for the next installment in the YRF spy universe is already in full swing. The actor reunites with Shah Rukh Khan for Tiger vs Pathaan.

In an interview with Variety for Tiger 3, Salman gave a surprise to all those who are waiting for an update on Tiger vs Pathaan. The actor said he's always ready to get into the character of Tiger. He shared, "Tiger is always ready – so whenever things are locked – I will be there!"
According to reports, Tiger vs Pathaan will be going on floors in 2024. A source shared with IANS, "We are expecting the film to start rolling in 2024. Aditya Chopra is going to keep all details under the wraps because this is the biggest ever Bollywood film that the industry has attempted to make in a long, long time. It is not every day that you get India's biggest superstars SRK and Salman in one film."
A trade source said in a statement, "Tiger vs Pathaan’s script is locked after the two mega-stars of Hindi cinema gave their nod to the script. This film is a huge milestone moment because it sees the two giants of Indian cinema to come together for a full-fledged film after their box office juggernaut Karan Arjun. They had to first love the script and get convinced that it has the goods to satisfy the expectations of people about their big on-screen reunion. Aditya Chopra held individual meetings with SRK and Salman respectively and narrated the film to them. The superstars have loved the story and the film will now go on floors in March!"
Tiger vs Pathaan will be directed by Siddharth Anand, who brought Salman and Shah Rukh together in Pathaan. The popular YRF Spy Universe kicked off with the Tiger franchise with Salman and Katrina's Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017). The new addition to it was Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's War (2019). Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham were the new entrants with Pathaan (2023).
