Sanjay Dutt has completed 40 years in the industry. He preferred to be low-key about the landmark year due to the prevailing times. His debut film, Rocky, co-starring Tina Munim, released on May 8, 1981, five days after his mother, Nargis, passed away. He had left a seat empty between him and father Sunil Dutt at the film’s premiere in her memory. The actor’s professional and personal life can best be described by his first film’s title.
