A source close to Sanjay and Shilpa says, &ldquo; There are no disputes and they parted ways amicably.&rdquo; While Shilpa remained unavailable for comment, Sanjay&rsquo;s office confirms the buzz. A spokesperson from the actor&rsquo;s office states, &ldquo;Yes, Sanju sir is not doing the film as he had given bulk dates to Hirani and his film with TP Agarwal.
