<p>Sanjay Dutt turns 58 today, but there won't be any celebrations at Imperial Heights, his Pali Hill home. The actor is in Tanzania with best buddy, US-based entrepreneur Paresh Ghelani, whom Dutt fondly refers to as Parya.</p>

<p>Ghelani has flown down from Los Angeles to spend time with the actor. Sanju is slated to usher in his birthday in a low-key way at the Serengeti National Park.</p>

<p>Dutt finds himself in the eye of a storm yet again with the Bombay High Court asking the state government to justify its decision to allow him to leave jail before the completion of his sentence.</p>
