Sara's portrayal appears similar to a scene in Dil Chahta Hai, where Saif's character Sameer faces a similar challenge while trying to talk to his girlfriend. Just like Sara, Sameer's attempts to convey something important are constantly thwarted by interruptions. It seems that Sara's video is part of an advertisement.
