Filmmaker Honey Trehan has shared an emotional note thanking audiences for the love received by Satluj while requesting fans not to make any financial contributions to recover the film's reported losses. His statement comes after several supporters reportedly offered monetary help following the film's takedown two days after its release on July 3.

Opening the note with a Sikh prayer, Trehan expressed gratitude to everyone who stood by the film. “Firstly, I want to thank everyone for showering Satluj (Panjab 95) with all your love and blessings. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you,” he wrote.
