Last April, Esha Gupta had shared a picture with rumoured Spanish entrepreneur beau Manuel Campos Guallar only to delete it later. The long-distance relationship is still going strong as in her latest post, when she wished him a happy birthday. In the selfie, clicked by Esha, the duo can be seen posing in the lift.
