<p>'Satte Pe Satta' actor Sudhir aka Bhagwandas Mulchand Luthria passed away after battling from a lung illness.</p>
<p>The actor was seen in films like 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna', 'Satte Pe Satta' and 'Baadshah'.</p>
<p>Close friends and family members paid their condolences to the late actor at his bungalow in Andheri.</p>
<p>Shah Rukh Khan who acted with him in 'Baadshah' tweeted, "My prayers and may his soul rest in peace. Wonderful co-actor Sudhirji... feel bad didn't get to have dinner at his house."</p>
