For the uninitiated, this statement was given by the actor to the filmmaker as a part of their new collaboration which was for OLX

Rohit Shetty and Sharman Joshi collaborated for the first time in the 2006 comedy, Golmaal- Fun Unlimited. That was also their last collaboration together. The next films in the franchise saw Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Kemmu stepping in as new entrants.

16 years later, the two have joined forces again but here’s the difference. They have come together for a new ad film for OLX. In one key moment in the ad, Shetty asks Joshi if he has seen Golmaal. The quip is very amusing. “I’ve seen the first one but the others didn’t interest me.” Here’s the video shared by the filmmaker:

Sharman Joshi has acted in films like Style, Xcuse Me, 3 idiots, Ferrari Ki Sawari, Hello, Dhol, Life In A Metro, Allah Ke Bande Shaadi No. 1, and Hate Story 3.

Rohit Shetty is the man behind the cop universe of Singham, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi, and the Golmaal Series. Shetty, who has entertained audiences with his comedic movies and action thrillers, and also hosted 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi'. is all set to entertain viewers with his OTT debut. He's coming up with a series called 'Indian Police Force' starring Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty, and Vivek Oberoi.

Also, speculation is rife that Salman Khan aka his Dabangg cop character Chulbul Pandey will make an appearance in Singham 3. The union of Dabangg with Shetty’s world will be a treat for Bollywood fans. Excited as he is at the prospect, the filmmaker chooses to tread with caution. “Whenever Salman and I meet, we talk about Singham and Chulbul coming together, but nothing has been planned. Bringing both of them together is a big responsibility. Chulbul has a [big] fan following and is a brand in himself. If and when it happens, it will be a big [undertaking]. At present, I don’t see it happening as I am focusing on Cirkus, and then Singham 3.”
