Bollywood biggies including Abhishek Bachchan and Salim Khan arrived at a Juhu crematorium yesterday to pay their last&nbsp; respects to Shilpa Shetty's father, Surendra Shetty, who succumbed to cardiac arrest on Tuesday morning.

Among the first&nbsp; to arrive at the funeral was Shilpa's ex beau Akshay Kumar. Sister Shamita Shetty was by Shilpa's side throughout.
