The actress shared that she was unaware a senior actor would be cast as her husband, which altered her expectations. She also expressed concern that key emotional scenes with Roshni Walia were edited.

The film also starred Ajay Devgn as Jaswinder Singh Randhawa, also known as Jassi, opposite Neeru Bajwa. She revealed that she was unaware that a senior actor would play her husband in the film, because of which her trust was shaken.
