Soni Razdan and Taha Shah Badussha shot for the music video of Shankar Mahadevan and Archana Kamath Hegdekar’s track in Kashmir. The song, composed by Hegdekar, is about a mother-son relationship. The video was helmed by The Illegal (2020) director Danish Renzu. Badussha, best remembered for his outing with Shraddha Kapoor in Luv Ka The End (2011), also features with Alaya F in the music video of Goldie Sohel’s wedding number, Aaj Sajeya.

Released by Saregama, the song is directed by Punit Malhotra under the umbrella of Dharma 2.0 production, while Goldie Sohel has written, composed and sung it. With a lilting musical arrangement, evocative lyrics, and shot with a sense of grandeur that one expects from a Dharma production with a dash of quirk, this song is poised to be the definitive wedding song of the year.
