Producer Sheetal Talwar has once again found himself in the middle of controversy. Our sources say that Sonu Sood has filed a legal notice to the producer for allegedly not paying the rent. <img alt="Sonu Sood" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/feb/Sonu-Sood.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 732px;" /> A source says, &ldquo;Sonu Sood lent out his commercial space in Versova to Sheetal to run a pub. After the initial couple of months, Sheetal started delaying the monthly rent of Rs 3 lakh. He has not paid Sonu for the past five months and has even been avoiding the actor&rsquo;s calls. Sonu had no option but to file the complaint.&rdquo; <img alt="Sheetal Talwar" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/feb/Sheetal-Talwar.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 510px;" /> The informer adds that Sonu visited the pub and emptied all of Sheetal&rsquo;s contents from inside. The producer apparently called Sonu to hold on for a while but the actor refused. Sonu says, &ldquo;Every time he gave me excuses saying he or a family member was unwell. He left me with no option and he is now threatening me with dire consequences. I filed the complaint as I want my property back.&rdquo; Incidentally, Sheetal has lodged a counter complain against Sonu for trespassing and fraud. The producer states, &ldquo;The fact of the matter is that it is illegal. We still haven&rsquo;t been able to launch officially due to this and I have already conveyed it to him. Also, Sonu has refused to return our deposit of R 18 lakh. I am just one of the investors here.&rdquo;
