Sophie added that she enjoyed watching RRR. "My gosh, that's tough! I mean, Shah Rukh Khan is the GOAT, right? But I love Deepika Padukone, I think she's amazing. I loved watching RRR,"  she remarked. SS Rajamouli is the director of the 2022 Telugu-language epic historical action drama film RRR. Among the actors in the movie were Ram Charan and NTR Jr.

Sophie also wishes to star in Hindi Cinema, "I'd actually love to be in a Bollywood movie. I'd love to do the dance. I think it's such a spectacle and they're so beautiful. The production design is so unlike anything I think we will ever see on a Western film set. I'd love to be in a Bollywood movie," she added.

Despite not having appeared in any Indian films, Sophie traveled to India in 2018 to attend her ex-brother-in-law Nick Jonas' wedding to Priyanka Chopra in Jodhpur.

On the work front

Shah Rukh had previously received accolades from a Hollywood star. The actor has received praise from Daniel Radcliffe, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Hugh Jackman, Leonardo DiCaprio, John Cena, Terry Crews, Tom Hiddleston, and Lady Gaga. Vin Diesel is among the Western celebs who have commended Deepika. They collaborated in xXx: Return of Xander Cage, which was her Hollywood debut.

The next film starring Shah Rukh and Deepika is King, which is helmed by Siddharth Anand. Abhishek Bachchan, Akshay Oberoi, and his daughter Suhana Khan are also featured in the movie. Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures are producing the forthcoming movie.

Alongside Allu Arjun, Deepika will appear in Atlee's next movie, AA22xA6.

Sophie will next appear in the robbery thriller series Steal on Prime Video. On January 21, the show—which also stars Archie Madekwe and Jacob Fortune-Lloyd—will debut on the platform. Producer Nuala O'Leary and executive producers Greg Brenman and Rebecca De Souza are behind the series. Drama Republic is producing alongside Amazon MGM Studios.
