Naseeruddin Shah and wife Ratna Pathak at a French circus called Plan B at the National Centre for the Performing Arts on Thursday.

Naseer was in all-black while his wife wore a colourful sari. The actor smiled as a couple of people went up to him to tell him what a superlative actor he is, while he and Ratna were waiting at the steps of the auditorium.

Incidentally, the circus comprised jugglery and acrobatics. There was no dialogue... only action and a silent bow at the end. How very French, really!
