My day starts at 5 am and ends at 10 pm. Good and regular habits are a must for a fit lifestyle. Diet fundas I take 5-6 small meals a day, starting with a heavy breakfast that includes oatmeal, dry-fruits and bananas. Then I take fruits at 11 am. Lunch is at 1 pm which is again heavy followed by a snack around 4 pm. While working, I drink juice as fluids are very important for a healthy body. Dinner is usually light. Sweet tooth I like to binge on desserts once a week. Milk chocolates, pedas, laddoos, all work for me! Another year older I would be spending the day with my family at my farm house.
