Sunny Deol-starrer Border 2 is all set to hit the big screens on January 23, 2026, just in time for the Republic Day weekend. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film is a sequel to the 1997 blockbuster Border and also stars Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty in pivotal roles. The film is all set for a grand opening, with theatres gearing up for massive footfalls.

On Thursday, trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to social media to reveal the film’s massive screen count. He stated that Border 2 has been allotted around 4,800 screens, translating to approximately 17,000 shows per day.
