Telly actor Abhinav Shukla (Diya Aur Baati Hum) has joined the cast of Aksar 2 which is currently being shot at Mauritius. Ananth Mahadevan’s film stars Zareen Khan and Gautam Rode. The film is a sequel to Mahadevan’s 2006 thriller which featured Emraan Hashmi, Udita Goswami and Dino Morea. Abhinav took a sabbatical from the small screen to focus on a film career. His efforts finally borne fruit.
