All mainstream films — be it Bollywood or Hollywood — are divided into three categories: action, comedy and drama. In Hindi films, you’ll see more of song-dance routines but that’s optional. But I feel there’s an ongoing trend by which Hollywood films are moving towards musicals and Bollywood films are shying away from it.
