What's it about: In this adaptation of the Nickelodeon cartoon, the world is broken up into four nations of Fire, Wind, Water, and Earth. The Avatar was responsible for maintaining peace among them. One hundred years ago, Aang, the young boy who was to be the next Avatar, disappeared. Taking advantage of this, Fire has started a reign of terror. One day, two Water Nation scavengers accidentally discovered the frozen body of Aang. A revived Aang has to now find a way to bring peace to the land again.
