Falguni Pathak This festival is very close to my heart. I feel very lucky and blessed to perform all the nine days. My favourite garba is kesariyon rang tane. It&rsquo;s wonderful to see the multitude of beautifully dressed people swaying the night away to the garba beats. Surprisingly, we sing throughout the evening but never feel fatigued. I only drink water and tea during these nine days while Pinky eats only fruits till evening. We eat a proper meal in the night We were performing at Ghatkopar for the past seven years. But this year, we came back to Borivali. We were skeptical of how the audience there would react to us but the huge crowd at the venue was encouraging. My personal favourites are the Sanskrit shlokas and shiv tandav that we sing during the nine days. However, the audience loves maa taro garbo zakamzol. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/oct/Preeti-Pinky_1.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 320px;" /> Rahul Vaidya What I love about Navratri is that the boys and girls come dressed in their best ethnic wear. We don&rsquo;t wear much of Indian clothes otherwise. I think girls look far hotter in a sari or salwar kameez than they do in western dresses. I believe in Maa Durga and always pray to her to remove my obstacles. My best Navratri was in 2010, when I performed before a crowd of 30,000 at Goregaon. The songs the crowd wants me to sing the maximum number of times are odhni odhu and he ranglo. As a performer, I can&rsquo;t hit on the girls who come to the raas garbas nor can I take their contact numbers. It&rsquo;s really sad because I see some stunning girls at these fests. I remember I was performing in Delhi in 2011 for a private dandiya function and there was this gorgeous girl. I couldn&rsquo;t take her number. However, she connected with me the next day on twitter.
