She dipped her feet in her building pool and talked about her love for water: 1. Childhood passion I have been swimming since I was five. When we were in Chennai, I participated in a number of inter-zonal swimming competitions. However, I wasn't very competitive and participated only because it was good fun. Beach holidays Mauritius, Krabi (Thailand) and Gold Coast, Australia are my favourite beach destinations. Scuba diving and kite-surfing give me a high. I loved diving in the Andaman. The island has superb marine life and some great diving spots. 4. Outdoor person I recently went white water rafting on the Zanskar river in Ladakh, where the waters were freezing cold.
