Actor Daniel Radcliffe, aka Harry Potter has recently lent his voice to an episode of The Simpsons. Writer J K Rowling also approved of his selection and said that they couldn't have found a better protagonist. &gt;&gt;Daniel did not make his film debut in a Potter film. In 2001 he played a supporting role alongside Pierce Brosnan in The Tailor of Panama and then went on to star in the Potter series. &gt;&gt;He did a full monty for a play Equus where he played Alan Strang, a stable boy who has an obsession with horses. Though parent groups were outraged with a nude Daniel who is a teen icon, critics appreciated his performance and tagged him as a versatile actor. &gt;&gt;At the age of sixteen, Daniel became the youngest non-royal ever to have an individual portrait in Britain's National Portrait Gallery. &gt;&gt;He is reported to have earned approximately u00c2u00a3250,000 for the first Potter film, around u00c2u00a35.6 million for the fourth film, and more than u00c2u00a38 million for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Despite his wealth, Radcliffe has said he does not have expensive tastes. Books are his biggest expense.
