Remo D&rsquo;Souza was in trouble a few days back when the income tax department landed at his office in Lokhandwala for allegedly not paying a service tax of Rs 35 lakh. I had issued the cheque before Diwali and it was stuck for clearance due to back-to-back holidays,&rdquo; adds Remo. It is said that with his various projects, the choreographer-turned-director earned Rs 3 crore and was supposed pay the tax on it which he didn&rsquo;t pay on time. He states that his team had met the officials who visited his office and have co-operated with them in all ways possible. &ldquo;There was no case filed against me as it was just a case of miscommunication between my team and the officials. We met them and have resolve everything now.&rdquo;u00a0
