Slowly but surely Tiger Shroff is returning to his old life, even as the shadow of the October 18 firing incident looms over him. The actor is set to make his first public appearance, since the attack, at the launch of actor and wellness author Claudia Ciesla’s book, Beyond Weight Loss: Eating, Healing & Ageing with Claudia’s Concept. The event will be held at a Mumbai hotel on November 3.  

The actor’s appearance comes after a pause in his professional commitments following the firing incident in which two men shot at his vehicle outside a football ground in Juhu. A source said, “Time has helped him recover and regain his confidence. He is keen to get back to his routine. He is looking forward to getting back on set. His appearance at Claudia’s book launch was discussed at length, given the circumstances, but he is keen to resume his public engagements. Security has been significantly stepped up.”
