Tigmanshu Dhulia wins one more award for 'Paan Singh Tomar'

Tigmanshu Dhulia, who recently won the National Award for Best Film for Paan Singh Tomar, bagged another award at the recently concluded SAARC Festival in Colombo

The film won the Best Feature Film award while Dhulia got the Best Director award at the festival. As Dhulia was busy shooting his Saif Ali Khan-Sonakshi Sinha starrer, he was unable to make it to the event.
