<p>When Palash Sen trends on social media, the younger generation asks "Who is this Palash Sen"?</p>
<p>For the uninitiated, he is the lead singer of the indie band 'Euphoria', which had chartbusters like 'Mayeri', 'Dhoom Pichak Dhoom'</p>
<p>Palash Sen and his band Euphoria's new song 'Halla Bol' trolls every one from Salman Khan to Aamir Khan to rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Times Now editor Arnab Goswami.</p>
<p>And this trolling is getting the band and Palash a lot of attention on social media. As if that wasn't enough Euphoria and it's lead singer posted on Twitter a message that made everyone think that they were supporters of Narendra Modi or more appropriately 'Modi bhakts'.</p>
<p>The statement was a response to the Prime Minister during his exclusive interview with Times Now on Monday talking about the absence of humour in social life.</p>
<p>Palash tweeted, "Humour is alive &amp; we fear no one. If somebody has a problem, the joke is on them."</p>

<p>Everyone seems to have missed the fact that the band and singer were describing themselves as 'Deshbhakts' and not 'Modi bhakts'.</p>
<p>But then Twitterati have no time for such niceties. They are too busy jumping the gun and jumping to conclusions.</p>
<p>And so it was that while some assumed that Palash Sen and Euphoria had joined the ranks of Modi's followers, others assumed the new song and these tweets were the first step towards a political career.</p>
