The cat and mouse game that Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif seem to be playing with the media continues. A source says, &ldquo;RK and Kat arrived at the theatre in the actress&rsquo; car. Cheekily enough, RK even flashed a thumbs-up sign at the waiting media. An onlooker says, &ldquo;The couple felt they had clearly won the hide and seek game that evening. Kat was seen grinning from ear-to-ear.&rdquo; Kat and Ranbir remained unavailable for comment.u00a0
