A friend in need is a friend indeed. And actor Vivek Oberoi completely believes in this proverb. When Vivek's close buddy Kuki Gulati, who directed Vivek in Prince, called the actor to do an item number in a Marathi film that he's producing, Vivek readily agreed.



VO, who's currently put up in the picturesque Wai for his shooting schedule for Zilla Ghaziabad, requested the film's producer to excuse him for a day.

He came to Mumbai and shot the song for Kuki's film. Kuki was so touched by Vivek's gesture that he presented Vivek with a cheque.

However, VO refused to take the money stating that he just wanted to work with his friend again. Wah Vivek, friend ho to aisa!
