Given the tough times that the country is in, taking care of health is of utmost importance. For the uninitiated, Malaika Arora has been sharing her Move of the Week for more than a year now. This week, she shared a video with her fans doing a simple form of Pranayama and Anulom Vilom, an alternate nostril breathing technique.

Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor have been together for a while and they both haven't shied away from sharing their pictures on their respective social media accounts. So if Arjun posts on his Instagram story and shares pictures of Malaika, she has done the same.

On September 7 last year, Malaika had confirmed that she has tested positive for Covid-19, after speculative reports did the rounds that she has contracted coronavirus. She shared the news officially on Instagram. Revealing that she has been infected by the virus, she added that she is asymptomatic and is quarantined at home.
