Ram Kapoor is losing it. The actor has already shed 11 kgs. The first season of Rakhi Ka Swayamvar brought Ram's bulk to notice. Now shooting for Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega, Ram has taken it upon himself to become fitter. "I'm not following any diet, nor have I consulted any nutrionist. I'm just focusing on what I eat and drink. And if I get the time, I work on the treadmill for an hour," says Ram. But how does he resist those food cravings, asks CS? "I don't have any, because I haven't cut down on food. If I feel like it, I even eat a slice of pizza. The mantra is to eat all I like, but in small quantities. And yes, I try to eat every three hours," explains Ram. His three-month diet regulation has certainly paid off with everyone complimenting him on his weightloss. But he isn't getting too excited, because he plans to lose 11 more kilos in the next three months.
