The actor has proved himself in every role that has come his way. From small to the leads, Nawazzuddin has registered his presence in every movie he is part of. 


A National School of Drama passed out, the actor has got all the expertise one requires to excel in the field of acting. Nawazuddin has played many different kinds of characters on the screen in almost all genres. Miss Lovely - Having appeared in a kind of film that depicts the harsh reality of C-Grade world, Nawazuddin has made his presence mark with the dedication towards the character.  


The Lunchbox - It released in 2013 the audience has seen Nawazuddin's best performance opposite legendary actor late. Irfan Khan. The movie had screened at Cannes Film Festival and Nawazuddin received a great response for his small yet remarkable character in the film. 

Kick - Salman Khan in the lead, the audience has seen a different avatar of Nawazuddin in a negative role in the movie. The actor won the heart of the audience with a different kind of villain laugh which got much popular and created a new style of a villain character image.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan - Yet another with Salman Khan, the blockbuster movie gained extra popularity for the presence of Nawazuddin. Appeared as a news reporter from Pakistan, The character of Nawazuddin adds humor to the story with a little touch of emotional connection with the lead shown at the end of the movie.

Manjhi - The Mountain Man, a biographical film, in which the actor played the character of Dashrath Manjhi and created a cult in the biographical drama genre. The actor proved that no one in the industry can match up with the standards when it comes to playing a character in biographical drama.

Raman Raghav 2.0 - One more of a dark character, Nawazuddin as Real-life killer Raman Raghav broke all the limits to bring the real-life character to life on the big screen. 

Raees - A film with Shah Rukh Khan, Nawazuddin as a cop, sets a different benchmark for the role of a police officer in the industry. No one expected Nawazuddin could be so dashing police officer, but the actor made it yet another attraction element in the film. 

Manto - One more biographical drama film in the list, Nawazuddin as an author and writer Saadat Hasan Manto nailed it with his dialogue delivery and intensity which is required for the character.

Thackeray - A film on the life of late Balasaheb Thackeray, Nawazuddin made the exact presence of the character on Big Screen and his dialogue delivery have made a true justice for the character of such a big personality. It's only Nawazuddin who can play this character. 

Serious Men - A satirical comedy-drama film, other than big screen the actor has made his mark on OTT as well. Playing the role of a common with such ease that can make a connection with the audience is something that has been proved by Nawazuddin in this movie.
